Jeremy Adams is a Regional Development Officer with Youth First, Inc., working to strengthen youth and families through evidence-based programs that promote mental health, prevent substance misuse, and maximize student success. A Knox County native and 2010 Lincoln High School graduate, Jeremy built a successful career in sales and business development over the past 11 years, starting in automotive sales in 2014.

Passionate about community impact, he transitioned to Youth First, where he forges partnerships and secures resources to expand essential services for students and families. His deep local ties and expertise in relationship-building make him a key advocate for ensuring students have the mental health support they need to thrive. Jeremy is dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people and their families across the region.
